If a family member dies in an automobile or truck accident, we first just try to talk to them about their loss. After we discuss that, we try to see whether they need help, emotional support, and everything like that. Then, we try to see if we can help them out and try to develop that particular case. The loss of a life is something that, when somebody passes, the family is certainly thinking about losing the breadwinner. The person that was, you know, taking care of their family is no longer there. So, we have to develop that case from the standpoint of not only the loss of life but economically. What are they losing if they’re losing the person that worked and supported their family? That person’s no longer there. Our job is to try to get compensation for financial support.
