On the front end, we always discuss and memorialize the co-counsel arrangement, including level of involvement between the firms, division of fees, allocation of expenses, adherence to appropriate ethical rules, and any other pertinent issues. We are happy to work together and develop a plan and strategy that results in optimal representation of the client.
