Mr. Cumpton was born in Mobile, Alabama, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University. He then received his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was actively involved as Secretary of the Student Bar Association, a Dean’s Fellow Mentor, a Carolina Law Ambassador, a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council, and a participant in the Child Action Organization.
After law school, Mr. Cumpton moved to Nashville to begin his legal career where he worked for a boutique defense firm that defended health care physicians in medical malpractice lawsuits. Mr. Cumpton began practicing personal injury law because he is passionate about supporting people through challenging times and ensuring that they receive the justice they deserve.
Mr. Cumpton works in Nahon, Saharovich, & Trotz’s Nashville office and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee. His practice areas include automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, and more.
Outside of the office, Mr. Cumpton enjoys cooking, watching New Orleans Saints football, and spending time with his dog, Charlie.
