According to the Memphis Commercial Appeal, a 10-year-old girl was killed in a car accident in Memphis, Tennessee, on July 27, 2011. The accident occurred on Sam Cooper Boulevard near Mendenhall Road. Memphis police said a 62-year-old man was traveling east on Sam Cooper when he crashed into a Honda that had a flat tire.
