Trucking cases can be complex.  Truck drivers are often subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) as well as Mississippi trucking regulations.  These laws require truck drivers to operate their vehicles in a safe manner in order to protect other drivers.  At NST, we stay current with any changes in federal and state trucking laws.  NST lawyers can also consult with trucking experts to determine if a truck driver violated a Mississippi trucking regulation at the time of the accident, proving negligence.

At Nahon, Saharovich, and Trotz, we fight for clients to receive all of the damages they are legally entitled to, such as damages for medical bills, lost wages, permanent disability, and pain and suffering.  In addition, punitive damages may be awarded against a driver convicted of driving under the influence (DUI).  Your NST lawyer may consult with a toxicologist to help prove a driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the crash.  Also, your NST lawyer may retain economic experts to document current and future medical bills, forensic experts to recreate the accident, and medical experts to help create life care plans and day in the life videos.
