A driver can be considered negligent by speeding and running a stop sign.  If a driver’s negligence contributes to a car accident, that driver may be liable for any resulting damages.  Therefore, being able to prove a defendant driver’s negligence in a car accident lawsuit is critical.  The Tennessee auto accident attorneys at Nahon, Saharovich, and Trotz (“NST Law”) have over twenty years experience investigating car accidents and know how to prove negligence.  NST lawyers can prove liability by analyzing an accident report, asking to speak with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office or Memphis Police Department, and speaking to witnesses.  Should these methods not definitively prove liability, NST Law can retain an accident reconstruction expert to recreate the crash.  If you have lost a loved one in a car accident in Memphis, Germantown, Frayser, or Shelby County, call the Tennessee auto accident attorneys at Nahon, Saharovich, and Trotz at 901-683-7000 or 1-800-LAW-4004.
